While trying to
find some information on Camp forest in
Tullahoma, TN. I ran across your web page.
While cleaning out my late mothers house, I
found (I knew she had it) a portrait of my
mother's sister that I was always told that
a POW had done it, On the lower right corner
there is a name A. Vojur P.O.W. written
there.
This portrait
is done in oil and on a canvas. At one time
it was framed, but isn't now. My aunt worked
at the camp. I think I remember my mom
saying she worked at the USO (or some
initial.) That has been some time ago and I
was quite young then. Do you know anything
about this artist? I would love to find him
or some of his family. Please let me know if
you do, or how to go about trying to find
them.
